I have a '99 Sephia base model, and at the same time all the meters in the
dash quit working and the automatic transmission seems to be "stuck in one
gear". I am car-illiterate, but I do know that all the fuses are still
intact...

My 1999 2.0i petrol Sportage misfires when the engine starts, either hot or
cold.  I've changed the plugs, air filter and fuel filter. The engine has
only covered 36,000 miles. Any suggestions as to what the problem might
be?

2002 Kia Spectra GSX hatchback.  There are 2 levers on the drivers seat
floor, one to release gas cap door, one to release trunk.  The trunk
release has never worked quite right.  You can hear the trunk latch
'POP', but it doesn't release completely, similar to a hood release.

We have a 2001 Kia Rio and suddenly all running lights have stopped
working.  We still have brake lights and head lights and signal
lights, but no tail/running lights (both front and back).
