Spectra 1.6 Hesitation05 Aug 2004 20:18 GMT1
I have a 2004 manual 1.6lt Spectra. My problem is the car has very
poor acceleration between 1000-2500 rpms and shows very late responses
to the gas pedal. It hesitates for a few seconds and starts to
accelerates weakly. On higher rpms it goes pretty well and there is no

I have a 2004 Spectra EX , seems to run okay, but I never know if I will
have blinkers or not. When the turn sig stop working so do the hazard
lights. At first I thought  a fuse was the prob. but they have two diff
fuses.

I have a typical 2000 Kia Sephia; 4 Cyl, Auto Transmission; 40,000 miles.  I
have been extremely disappointed with the fuel economy ever since I
purchased the vehicle, new..  Highway driving at 60 to 70, around 24 mpg.
This is maybe 1 mpg more than I get with my 95 V6 Honda Accord.  ...

Well now i have 33,000 miles on my kia with new plugs and the fuel rail
recall done. Still having problems and wanna know if the computer
diagnostic would tell them if a sensor is going out or not. I was told the
engine light will not come on unless a sensor is broke.
