Your opinions on the Sedona.... I might buy one28 Sep 2004 17:29 GMT9
How are the 2004 Sedonas holding up as far as reliability goes?  Any major
problems?  Has anyone seen (or purchased) the 2005 model?  My suspicion is
that Kia's quality -- suspect in the past -- may be improving rapidly.  In
this case, would it make sense to wait for the 2005 ...
Sportage Opnions Please17 Sep 2004 18:54 GMT1
I am considering a 97 Sportage and would welcome any opinions
warnings etc. Is the 4 wheel drive effective off road or mostly for
hazardous on road conditions?
Thanks
Kia Carens rear suspension17 Sep 2004 08:00 GMT2
I bought a Carens CRDi SE 1991cc auto last November and two months ago
noticed the rear suspension was lower than normal, comparing against new
Carens it was over 40mm lower, the offside was the worst but now both
sides are over 40mm lower. I had a look at a 2month old Carens and ...
02 Kia Rio RS check engine light 15 Sep 2004 02:40 GMT1
Our check Engine light comes on all the time. Usually when you speed up.
All of a sudden the check engine light will come on and the car bogs right
down. I mean it doesn't do anything. Usually all you have to do is pull
over and shut off and restart the car and it works fine. ...

I was considering a KIA Optima but this changed my mind.
Those that have some of these problems should copy this Judgement and
Amanti, my first Kia11 Sep 2004 14:08 GMT4
Hello. With some trepidation I bought my first Kia last week, a cobalt blue
Amanti. A lot of my decision was based on CR reccomendation of the XG350.
The Amanti is a wonderful car.  And I've owned a lot of cars, Saabs, Jeeps,
etc.
Check Engine Light 02 Sedona11 Sep 2004 08:50 GMT3
My Check Engine light came on. I brought the car to the dealer. They told
me it has Champion plugs in it which cause the problem. Supposedly "P0301
Cylinder One Misfire". I have never changed the plugs. 24000 Mls driven.
So I bought NGK plugs for $88. Looks like a bitch to change.
Mileage on Kia Sportage11 Sep 2004 08:49 GMT1
Hi, my Sportage is a 1999 without 4x4. I get 27 miles per gallon. Does that
sound right? The engine is a 4 cylinder??? I thought I get more. I have
around 60,000 miles. Is it still under some warrantee? I had to replace the
drivers side window motor and wondered if they should pay ...
2004.5 Kia Spectra11 Sep 2004 08:07 GMT1
I just purchased a 2004.5 Spectra EX.  This is what Kia calls the "All new
Spectra".  It uses the same 2.0L CVVT engine that is in the Hyundai Elantra.
Since the 3rd party oil filter manufacturers do not yet list the Spectra
with the 2.0L CVVT engine(just the 1.8L DOHC one), ...
2004 Sedona...just bought one..how's yours?10 Sep 2004 22:41 GMT8
Just want to see what others are saying/feeling about their Sedona's. I
just traded in my 2000 sportage because it was having WAAAAAAY to many
problems and I wanted something with more power and room. SO far..(only
had my Sedona one day)..I like it..drives nice, has power, ...
wheel bearings 2001 sportage07 Sep 2004 21:30 GMT1
How do you change the front wheel bearings on a 2001 sportage? It's out of
warranty ( too many miles). There doesn't seem to be a lock nut like on most
cars.

2002 kia rio sedan warm startup issues01 Sep 2004 08:40 GMT3
It cranks and starts. Then when you shut it off (no matter how long you run
it). It wont start up or its cranks slowly for at least 35 mins then it will
crank and start up.
So if you run into a quikmart or get gas for a few mins and shut it off, it
