If I turn my car over and it makes a clicking noise is the starter bad

I bought a 2006 Optima June 30, 2006.  About a month after I had it, I
noticed some random starting problems--sometimes it start really
rough, sometimes it would take more than one try to get it to catch,
sometimes it would take a bit longer to crank for it to catch, etc.  I

District rep was @ meeting Tues. Furnished me a rental car while they try to
resolve wind noise issue. Have had Sedona for two days now trying to fix.

Im having problems and wondering if they`re all related.My heat will
only work if you are driving,my air doesn`t work,if you turn air on it
idles a little high, check engine light just came on,and sometimes
when I put it in park it idles too high.Can anyone please help with
