Whilst watching the BTCC from , I think, Donnington Park on the old goggle
box the other afternoon I cought the brieffest glimps of what looked like an

Hi, I have had two sereis III's, but I am now thinking of getting a
Discovery. But I am not sure, how the discovery handles off road. The
only other Landy owners I know have Series II, III and a Freelander
(and the Freelander never goes off road, ever, lol, why by a land

does the wiring loom have a connection for an ABS module?
can the ABS system from another disco I or from an RRC be retrofitted to

Being a tight Yorkshireman I don't like spending my well earned especially
on landy parts. So if you want to save some pennies nip on down to your
local car boots it's amazing what you'll find.Here's some stuff i got over
the summer,

The alternator on my series 3 V8 has given up working.
I have it mounted as they are on the Rover P6 cars, that is, directly
infront of the rocker cover.
The back of the alternator is tight up against the rocker cover so the
RRC cold starting (3.5 V8)01 Oct 2004 19:25 GMT8
My RRC has started to have problems starting when cold.  Takes about 10-15
secs of turning over before she begins to fire.  When hot starts ok, people
have been mentioning the ECU may be faulty, hope not as this is big bucks!!.

It was said previously that braided hose can improve the brakeing on a
series.
I was wondering if there is a company/clever person that could make up a
single hose that runs from the clutch master cylinger to the slave. I don't
