They're not in the US yet (at least not Buffalo, New York)...
I know most of the people on this newsgroup are British -- has the Discovery

200 Tdi timing belt pulley, the one on the crankshaft.
How DO you pull it off ? I have made a pulling tool, but the necessary
force has snapped one of the three M5 studs I was pulling with. Can I
apply some heat, or will I knacker the crankshaft ?

Intercooler replacement 200TDi27 Oct 2004 12:40 GMT1
After years of putting up with the sluggish performance of my
200TDi auto RRC, I've just had the intercooler replaced. What a

full throttle. Wish I'd done it years ago. Early to tell, but so

I am now at the stage of having the bed base in place and the sink unit and

2.5D n/a lift pump27 Oct 2004 00:18 GMT14
I have a Series2 fitted with a Sherpa Van Diesel. After fitting a new fuel
filter today, I was unable to bleed the air from the system. The lift pump
seemed to be useless. I eventualy took the outlet pipe off it, and it
wouldn't even suck fuel up from the tank.
