A bloke just turned up at my house & bought Monty, he didn't start it up, look at it or anything, he gave
me ?1200 cash for it, so technically after the few quid I spent on it & the bits from it I sold I made
?350 profit!!
To say I was surprised would be an understatement!!

          Is this a awkward relay or designed that way. My rear window
heater sometime work then doesn't. Is this worth replacing. Can you
replace the rear window heater element.

Just got my Zurich insurance documents through for the 1987. 90 showing it
as a 2.5 diesel when it's a petrol. Phoned them up and they don't have such
an engine in a 90, the first time it appears on their computer is in a 1990
Defender 90.  We went through the, is it imported, is ...

Last Thursday night driving my series 3 over the moors into Brighouse in a
Snow Blizzard probably the happiest man on Earth.Pulling up in Tescos

Just been to Halfords ( to get daughter, Nigella Mansell ), a new tyre for
the one she bu....d up by ramming the curb and " anything pink " ( steering
cover, nodding dog, cleaning gear etc. ( looked like a right pratt with that
lot ) ) and when asking about the tyre was told Ah!  ...

The rear rubber coupling is going on the rover. Should I replace it with the
conversion kit for 400.00 U.S. or the rubber coupling for 90.00 U.S.?

Hving just come into a small amount of buckshee cash, unfortunatly not
enough for a new tilt for Daisy, but enough for some of the little fiddly
bit essentual to keep both Land Rovers on the road, I have a fue questions
befor I spend my windfall.

WIth the new sat nav/tv/phone interface.  Many features switch off when the
handbrake is released.
Any ideas how to overide this?

Can anyone give me an idea of the value of a Series 1 1956 Rover
The car is in reasonable good shape.  It was refurbished about 7 years
ago.  The engine appears to be great, the body is pretty good, the

My wifes Defender 90 (2.5l TD 63kw, 08/1990) cranks not as willingly
as usual, seems he (yes, _he_ - my wife never would use a female car
*g*) has realized that the winter is to come, at the moment around 0
Celsius :( Only after a few tries he awakes, exhausting a large cloud
