the wifes saab's abs warning light is on intermittantly, if it comes
on during the MOT test is it a fail point?

I would like to know if they came with wheel center caps from the factory
like those newer alloy type?  (the cap says Range Rover)

After a few minor problems my wife's 02 freelander started juddering again,
in the past when it has done this it has been due to a failed Sparkplug. She
also mentioned that the heater had stopped working. She juddered to a holt

OK, so I parked the disco beside a transit the other day, and the wheelbase
looks quite feasible for 110-chassis-under-transit-body.
Question is, will anyone buy it if I make one?

If pasta is left in water overnight it goes soft,could that be heated up and
used, or does it need cooking in hot water?
Just a daft question 'cos I eat a lot of pasta and don't want to poison

The mount for my rear shock has sheared off, leaving a sharp rusty
stump where there should be a mount on the axle casing. Should I get a
new mount welded on, or would it be easier to replace the casing?

Ok so I want to change the seal between the gear box and transfer box on my
wife's series 3. Do I just need the seal or are there going to be other
things I need? Are they easy to do without taking the gear box etc. out? Any
advice or help will be much appreciated.

i have been given a pair of shock absorbers for a land rover but any part
numer serch i do dont show what land rover they are for the part number is
ntc 8214 then followed by  land rover then 2765 0 2327 07 and finally chb
33053 can any one help identifing these and will they fit ...

A Y-Reg Series3 88" to be precise.
The circumstances of this were a little odd.
I was driving home from Milton Keynes, land of the concrete cow, and came
across a S3 broadside on on a busy bit of road.
