1998 GS 300
Its an electrical item under the 'wheel chock' under the bonnet and seems to
have various leads and thin tubes leading to the turbo setup, the electrical
connection was unplugged on mine so I plugged it in, can't seem to notice

To change the front discs (solid, not vented) on a 300 Discovery is it
necessary to remove the brake lines and thus have to bleed, or can it
be done by moving the caliper aside with the lines in situ?

This injector pump is listed as being for a land rover 15J engine.
it looks the same as I need for my 12J engine (2.5 n/a diesel a-la
1984).

Totally off topic but here goes...I have Windows XP (home) on my pc but its
doing strange things. It will work fine most times then suddenly the mouse
might freeze or it will start opening programs I'm not using, and if I have
explorer or outlook open the page will 'jump up' then ...

Not that I've got my engine back together yet... but for when I do! My 2A
has got a S3 bulkhead from a donor landrover and I'm having some problems
with the heater... no air comes out of the vents! Yes, the fan does work and
IS plumed into the heater, but nothing! The control lever ...

Over the last few nights the suspension on my P38 keeps dropping on the
front right hand corner, I have not had any other problems, it pumps up fine
and only goes down over night, what might be the problem?

Recently I've fantasised about buying a few Defender 110 rear tubs and
fitting them up for different tasks, then putting them on stilts ready
for me to reverse under them, drop them down and tootle off.  Anyone
