Just had a really good weekend green laneing in the RRC in wales with just two epics!. Unfortunately I have got a blocked fuel tank breather tube
On opening the cap (with some difficulty) there is now a great in take of air.

Now that the cold weather has arrived I'm gonna have to get the heater working. Does anyone have a heater motor from a late 2a or series 3 that they'd like to part with. Part number is (I think) FHM120203.

I removed the dustcaps of the rear axle to check for leaks. (Defender 130 2002 TD5) I found (with both wheels jacked up) the the part behind the dustcap (halfshaft i suppose..) can be shifted about 3-4 mm in and out on both

I have had a Freelander Diesel for a couple of months now. now that it is getting colder, there are strange sounds after about a minute after starting the engine. It sounds like the fan (sorry, do not know teh precise words) to cool but this seems unlikeable as after just one minute ...

the thing, whatever it is, that cancells the indicators seems to be out of alignment, it seems too prompt at cancelling one way and doesn't usually cancel the other way. where is this wossit? and how do I get to it and adjust it?
