I've now got a mixer, vaporiser and donut tank from a 1.4 Dawoo thing for my

choosing tyres at the moment, I'm considering 265/75R16 on some steel
rims which I understand are offset further out than the current
standard rims.
Will these fit ok on my standard 1984 110 csw?

Anyone got a diesel disco 3 TDV6 ? what's the real day to day MPG
Company car ordering time this month, it's a toss up between the disco 3
TDV6 5 seater base model with no extras apart from metallic paint ( none of
the toys or air suspension/adaptive terrain,)

I just replaced the three core plugs under the exhaust manifold - problem is
that i can simply push the new ones into position!  - I'm going ot speak to
the guy who sold me them tomorrow but any ideas?  I expected to have to wack
them into place.

I sent a pic of my Landy into the "Reader's Landy's" section of LRO
magazine, and it's been printed!  It's the one which was "decorated" by my
so-called friends for my wedding.  There's still some pen marks off it which
won't come off!!

Can anyone help with ideas... for the second time after being 'fixed'
by the garage, my disco continues to fail.... symptoms are engine
hunts between up and down to about 1500 rpm, gradually gets slower and

Anyone got a good, surplus, carb for a 2.25?  I have a webber but it needs
work so I'm thinking I may as well acquire a 'spare'.   For starters, the
webber needs a replacement mixture adjust screw as it has heavy grooves in
it from overtightening - so I'm looking for a good source ...
