I have a defender 90 and would like to put some spots on top. I have a roof

the top and bottom of the rack isn't big enough to fit the lamps in (they
are 150w KC daylighters) and I don't just want to bolt ...

I've had Defender 90s for quite a few years (NA, 200tdi & 300tdi), usually
on or converted to BFG 225/75 tyres. They all seemed to ride about the same,
even when I converted the last one to Polybushes (the Blue ones).

Hello all, and happy bank holiday monday.
Until a year or so ago, I drove a Stage One V8 109 (on LPG) that I loved to

replacement Land Rover (hooray!) and whilst my head tells me that I should
Distressing smell03 May 2005 22:56 GMT4
Still a slight smell of petrol coming from the rear of the S3 despite
overhauling carb and checking all pipes. Oh dear. Then I fill up the
petrol tank to 2/3 and smell gets even worse. Oh deary dear. Probably

Tow starting03 May 2005 11:57 GMT12
'Bout a week ago, the Rangie failed to start. No starter, no clicks,
no dimming of the headlights, nothing.
After a bit of fiddling, kicking, bypassing the solenoid etc, she
started, and for the hundred or so times I have started her since, has

Defender mirrors for wide loads03 May 2005 09:53 GMT4
I've got a Defender 130 and would like to fit extra mirrors for a wide (2
metre) load.
Any suggestions other than the Wolf ambulance type which would be ideal, but
the cost is much too high.
Wanted....03 May 2005 09:53 GMT1
I know you're probably not supposed to advertise on here, but....
I'm looking for a dished bonnet with a spare wheel mount for a SWB S3.
I'm also looking for those two small screws which hold the dashboard
to the instrument binnacle as mine's been loose for too long!
