I have a 2001 Discovery II. As many of you will be no doubt aware, the front bumper headlamp washers frequently are broken and frequently need replaced. On the new LR3, the design is much improved and the headlamp washers are now lower profile and probably are much more robust.

I'm going to have a go at tuning the V8 I have in my series 3. The engine is originally from a Rover P6. It has SU HIF6 carburettors that I have just finished rebuilding. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to do this?

On the front of the 110, nearside seems to be down a tad. Is the likely cause a shagged spring (no noise & drives fine etc) or something else? Anyone know where to take readings from? I would think turret top to wheel ctr? Ta

I use a 1966 Landie with a Ford Essex V6 engine conversion (lovely old thing!) to do local trips towing a powerboat, carrying canoes and windsurfers etc. The last garage selling LRP locally is ceasing to do so shortly, leaving me with a problem.

i'm making a lifting cradle to tow my motorbike behind my motorhome, (sliding post that lowers to the floor, ride bike into wheel cradle, pump up the bottle jack to raise the post to ride height, lock in place and drive off)

anyone on here tried on of these? Am looking for something to change my 300tdi 90 for, to give quieter towing and a bit more fun. what should I look out for? Is it going to be as thirsty as the P38? Is it a 3 or 4 speed auto?
