On my M reg Defender H/T the heated rear window is almost defunct in that only about two of the cross wires actually demist. I see new glass are available so I was toying with the idea of replacing it.

I intend on repainting my whole 110 CSW from dysentery brown to another colour soon enough (could be months etc) I have a new rear door & the old one is buggered. Not wanting to paint the thing twice can I fit it as it comes in primer & if so for how long? I need to get moving on ...

Not being used to autobox, mine has developed an annoying clonk. Vehicle is a 3.9V8 Disco Auto M reg 98,000 miles. This only happens when going from 'D' to 'R' or vice versa. It only happens if i change straight away, even going from D to N then to R does't help but

How the heck do you remove those blasted triangular panels from behind the door that always rot?? Have done the ones on the GS and they were a pig, but these look impossible without removing most of the back!! Surley there is a trick to it - I hope!

Vehicle Defender 110 , 2.5TDI 1991 CSW Fault: getting through a fuel solenoid every 1000 miles (getting stupid) Today again it broke down and the fuel solenoid was faulty. New solenoid and works fine. I did notice last time it happened was a piece of silvery metal
