| Charging parked vehicles | 01 Nov 2005 00:41 GMT | 45 |
Over the last few months i have bought new batteries for half of the fleet and am now feeling paranoid about looking after them. I'm also sick of going out to use/move a car and finding that the battery is flat.

| BHP query | 31 Oct 2005 14:34 GMT | 32 |
I have recently had the engine in my Range Rover upgraded from a 4.0 to a 4.6 as the 4.0 completely died. On advising the insurance company of this they started to ask about BHP increases and basically I haven't got a clue.

| Range Rover Series II (P38) Trip Computer | 30 Oct 2005 23:09 GMT | 1 |
On switch-on the trip computer's lower display always defaults to show a figure (and I can't even tell you what it represents without going to the manual!) Is there anyway of having it to show the Range display (i.e. its estimate of the range of the fuel remaining) by default?

I dropped Owl off for a wallet fleecing today, and to my surprise (haha) they didn't give me a supercharged RR to drive home in. No. They gave me some gutless blue box. Pretty color. I like the GPS - pity it

| RRC Tailgate aperture repair panel | 30 Oct 2005 18:50 GMT | 6 |
Just under the rear lower tailgate is well rusty, can you get a repair panel, it doesn't look too big a job for someone who knows how to weld? I need to take off the rear bumper anyway to replace it. Whilst I'm in there I'll have a good prod about the rear crossmember to check ...

Had a good run in the LSE today & there's a slight tweet on the exhaust manifold, at least I think it's that. It doesn't sound like tappet noise & isn't very bad, but I would like to sort it. Anyone know the best way to check for this kind of thing & how big a job is it to sort? Ta

Is it just me, or does there seem to be a glut of 101's on ebay that aren't selling, despite being on at what i consider to be the right money? I've seen several over the last couple of months that have been relisted a few times, and not selling.
