Not sure if i posted about this before but my V8 Disco (3.9Efi) smelt badly of hot oil 'tother day. A quick nose under the bonnet revealed oil on the block coming from the rocker cover join. Tightened the bolts for each cover (6 of them were very loose indeed) over a month ago. ...

Is anyone in the group interested in buying my 1956 Series 1 86" with county roof & rear door? It has original 2 litre sidevalve engine & gearbox and body, bulkhead & chassis have been totally stripped back and repainted & reassembled, just needs wiring loom, door/vent seals

I intend to buy a Range Rover 4.0/4.6 around '97-'99. I understand that this cars are "amaizing" on gas, thirsty. I know that official should take arround 16mpg (~15%) on hwy and 12-13mpg (~18-19.6%) in city. Can you tell me about your experiences?

Anyone know, or can find the weight of a full Rover V8 3.5L Petrol enjin? I'm guessing less than the 340kg limit of the (biggest) Machine Mart engine stand wot I just bought... :-)

Hate 'em both, but someone might like 'em. If you want pics, let me know. The bars are the proper RANGE ROVER ones that seem to only cover the front of the bonnet & lights etc . The side steps are rubberised & original RANGE ROVER items. Offers?
