I've got a 1984 CSW that has managed to stick itself in lo gear. I've
investigated as much as I can without getting into the xfer box and
taken it up to a garage for some professional help.

The trailer that me and my mates use for occasionally shifting junk around
has finally rusted away. We are planning on building a new one using the
axles off the old one.
We are planning to construct the chassis in basically the same way as the

thanks to all who gave me advice last week on buying a 1995 defender
90.  i got it home in one piece on the ferry and i'm really delighted
with it.  it's in basically good shape (300 TDi engine feels great,
only 35k miles), and the chassis and bulkead are rust free, although

I was driving on the highway  with a low tank of gas 1/8, and was frequently
loosing power. Occasionally I would loose power for a bit but then it would
be fine with plenty of gas in tank.Slow speeds dont seem to be a problem. I
have posipressure when I loosen the cap. Do I need ...

my new (1995) defender didn't come with the reverse light wired up.
the bulb is fine, but the 2 wires (black and brown) from the light are
not connected.  there are 2 available wires, but one of the sockets is
flat, whereas both wires have round connectors.  i took a pic on my

I bought some lights from them, and never received them. their feedback
rating is pretty good, (98%) so I didn't bother reading the full feedback,
but now I have their are loads of complaints on there for goods not
