i am considering buying a defender 90, but i'm from dublin and would
like to get some advice before i make a special trip over to UK to see
it.
it has 31,500 miles, and was crashed (Cat D) at 24,000 miles, and

Considering adding to the fleet (well, swapping the A-Class for
something less crap)...
It's still pretty efficient to run a Double Cab as a company vehicle,

Who knows the inlet and outlet manifold partnumbers for a 90 with 200TDI
engine (was build from 1990-1994).

I've got a 2000 HSE 4.6 with 38,000 miles.  Four months ago the dash
read EAS Fault.  Took to the dealer and $2,500 later I had new air
shocks, etc.  60 days later EAS Fault returned.  Dealer said I needed
new battery.  30 days later EAS fault returned and dealer said I need

I was in Willamsburg VA (Woodlands Lodge) last weekend and I think
there was some sort of LR ralley. I saw lots of RRs and LRs. One
vehicle is saw was not like any other I've seen. It was labelled as a
Disco but looked more like a large Defender with a soft top.  And at

I want to replace  110 300 Tdi system with a non cat system. Someone kindly
posted that this could be done. I have had trouble finding an OEM supplier
online and not sure if a non cat system will simply replace a cat one or
does some fiddling need to be done ??

I MOT'd my landy today (passed first time for the first time ever!),
and the MOT tester said that strictly I should have red reflectors on
the back of the landy, down at the lower corners.
I've never had them before (and the same guy passed it last year!),
