Bloody useless, dunno why I pay my fee. Went out to the disco afterwork to drive home, pressed the plipper on the aftermarket system that some bloody idiot fitted before I bought it, nothing, dead, doors stay locked....

Help anyone! I have a disco TD5 2000yr today the ABS cut in as I came to a halt,then the dash board lite up with the ABS,TC,Hill descent and raise body warning. I took it to the local dealer with all the lights still showing, they connected their computer to it to find nothing ...

Further to my previous post, i've had the centre console of the Range Rover out to fix the gear selection problem but now the central locking does not work on the "plipper" this would not be a problem normally, but i do not have a key to lock the door, it only works on the remote.

Previously remarked on SuperBright LEDs. These are still excellent value but the Ultra LEDs lot have stolen a march on them - latest one from Ultra has 19 axial and 16 radial LEDs for a total of 35, the important bit being that they are 26mm dia. and fit normal bulb housings. ...

I have a P Reg (1997) Landrover Discovery 2.5 TDi. Having done 175,000 miles in it, it has developed a fault, which I suspect could be costly to repair, your comments are welcome. Here's the symptoms: 1. Starts OK when hot or cold.

I just had an idea for my Disco that I've got one slight problem with. Thought I had was to rip out the 3rd row seats and the surrounds they sit in and then fabricate a couple of moderate sized tanks - 40l or so - with 9" to foot deep lockers in the top of them for storage of dry ...

Trying to find a good place to buy an exhaust system for 1997/8 110CSW ( 300 Tdi) but not with Cat. I have decided to do away with it and run a straight through system as it sems a Cat has little function in a diesel. Any recomendations please ?

1990 110TD CSW (19J engine) It's full of leaks!! Or is it just very good at marking it's territory! It has a permanent leak around the bottom of the dipstick tube.

Can take ages to fully come to normal ride height. Also the system is confused, the dashboard indicator says the suspension is at normal height but the vehicle bounces like mad then after ages it pumps up to normal. Once up it's OK for a day or so but then gets confused again.

Anybody know if 7.50R16 are OK to use on a 200 Discovery with a 2" lift? Just looking around for some decent rubber and Paddocks are doing a 750R16 Michelin XZL on Wolf rims for £99+VAT each P.
