Just been up to have a look at my P38 that was leaking water. The heads where all leaking at the edges front & rear form the water way. The engine is in fine fettle with virtually no wear or shiny pistons etc indicating there is no problem with liners etc!! The bits leaking are ...

I'm rewiring the 101 and i'm trying to plan my wiring loom before i start rather than doing it all ad-hoc. I'm hoping that this way i can order enough bits of differently coloured wire such that i can tell what is what later - and not over

Talking to an engineer called Norman at Primary Fasteners (see rivnut thread) today. He is a LR nut and owns a Disco 2. It turns out that most of the company's employees own Disco 2s, even the lowly production line staff. They are a major supplier to Land Rover, and

| 109 SIIa Ambulance | 17 May 2006 00:29 GMT | 2 |
Can you tow a caravan behind a SIIa 109 Ambulance? This is not a question of power (that may be a problem and I'll take advice on that as well) but more one of interference between the front corner of the caravan and the back corner of the ambulance?

| Air Con compressor pump repair | 16 May 2006 09:59 GMT | 2 |
The air con compressor on my 1983 110 V8 SW (originally exported to the UAE) seized on me last year, necessitating the drive belt to be cut. It has sat there forlornly ever since, until yesterday when I finally took a look at it. Rather than the pump unit being seized (as I had ...
