Hopefully only temporarily by my pride and joy has had to go back in today
under the warranty for the replacement engine. Heaven knows how long.
In the meantime I find myself in a Seat Ibiza and it feels for all the world
like I am riding in a go cart with my arse a couple of inches ...

Just got back of my hols (Kos) and ive had an insurance offer for my 90
- after i rejected the 1st one.
They have offered £3600 - Excess (450) - Salvage (500).

dumb question I know, but having now acquired a welder, I can get the Series
back to the house and rebuild the body bits that need doing, but I havent
got the first clue if there are better places than others to get supplies.

300Tdi Disco again, 1996, very sluggish at low revs before the turbo kicks
in. Tried Austins fix of tweaking up the pump but although that helped a
little it then spewed smoke at higher throttle openings. I've re-set the
pump and it's back to no smoke and no power. Are there any ...

kk m8, just posted it to ya, umm alittle note on the cd about what to do.
u need to be carefull when in stalling that u miss the activation stage,
this must be done my phone by me , u will need to give me a code(request
code) then i can ring them up and given them my user name and ...

when I start my Disco TDi "L" reg, the passenger window opens about an
inch!

I've installed MySQL on Windows XP. I only have the following options from

A friend of mine hit a Discovery and knocked the glass from the mirror.
The glass wasn't broken, just left it hanging by ther wires. I'm 300
miles away so I can't see what's inside of the mirror. Any ideas of how
hard/easy this wil be to fix and price? Thanks.

on the news just now...
man been had up before the beak (or equivalent) - he'd been booked for 31
mph in a 30 limit, so he took a 40mph sign and erected it and then took a
photo of it to use at an appeal...
