HELP - Chassis and bulkhead don't fit!09 Sep 2006 00:37 GMT40
So after absolutely months of slow (but steady) progress, I've tried to fit
the bulkhead tonight, and the bolt holes don't align.  The bulkhead appears
to be 3/8" (or so) wider than the chassis.
The chassis is a new (well, about three years old) Richard's chassis and the
battery charging09 Sep 2006 00:33 GMT2
On a RR, the battery slowly loses charge.  I'm struggling to understand
if it's the battery (which has tested fine) or the charging.
Initially I was puzzled because it mainly discharged on longer trips
(over 250 miles and it would start to fail) yet on short frequent runs
Selling my 110 Hi-cap :-(08 Sep 2006 23:59 GMT8
Well the time has come. My 1984 diesel hi-cap pick-up is going to be
replaced. I have too much work for such an aged workhorse and am looking for
a TDi300 hi-cap to replace it. If someone knows of one, give me the nod.
Since this is the case I am looking for a good home for my old ...

Venture Cam details info required (pantelis)08 Sep 2006 16:38 GMT6
People Hi,
does anyone happen to know the operating details of the Venture Cam?
Venture Cam is the remote wireless camera which connects to the onboard
monitor of the latest Range Rover (is it available also for the LR3?)
New to diesel: some stupid questions!08 Sep 2006 01:12 GMT18
After many years with petrol Land Rovers I've acquired my first diesel,
a three-bearing (27...series) which was overhauled by previous owner
and apperars to run very well and give excellent MPG. The engine is in
a late SIIa, 1970 which was the subject of a thorough restoration about
The diff lock saga....The end07 Sep 2006 23:30 GMT10
After much soaking of seized bit in diesel, penetrating oil etc and
getting no where i was ready to live without it.  Until some kind soul
nicked the radio aerial off my works van.  Off i went to the scrap yard
to see if i could find another one (Halfrauds wanted £13!).  None to
Malvern cock-up07 Sep 2006 20:32 GMT15
Did anybody else suffer from the same organisational slip-up as us?
Nobody at the main showground had told any of the off road coarse ticket
holders that they had to be scrutineered at the showground.  Loads of
people trundled the 7 or 8 miles to Eastnor expecting the ...

Morning all.
After weeks of indecision, have now booked P38 in for LPG conversion,
which involves displacing the spare wheel (95 gallon LPG tank to be
fitted into wheel well).

Having spent most of the afternoon battling to
replace the exhaust down-pipe on my LR90 which,
