I'm messing about with my long term defective EAS system on my '96 HSE by reworking the ECU. However although the RAVE books tell me what distances above and below normal all the settings are they don't tell me what value 'normal' actually is.

Apparently some glitch in automatic renewals via credit/ debit cards means 2000 are not insured since July; Radio 4 Sunday night The aotomatic issue of insurance has not taken place. CIS have said they will honour any claims, but when renewing now it is treated as a new quote

1) Don't pull the rotor arm off a V8 dizzy without holding the shaft in place, or you'll have to strip the dizzy down. 2) How to strip the dizzy down. Full story on my website if anyone want's a laugh.

Picked a pile of bits yesterday - after raking out the bits I actually wanted I'm left with a roof and sides from an 88" A cursory glance indicates that the side panels would be plug compatible with the 110 (5 door). Am I dreaming?

why are landrover jobs never easy? took the drum off the front corner and found ti was full of oil. Got all the bits to fix it (forgot the hub spanner again though so im still on the chisels!) and started stripping it tonight.
