Got a quote today after having the climate control looked at.
It seems the motors that control the vent flaps have conked out, so the chap
reckons we should replace all 3 (2 have gone, and we "may as well" ...

..bit baffled by this. Obviously the usual "value" stuff has no extra
packaging etc, and is cheap. But surely insurance er....is insurance? Or is
