I'm looking at replacing the '96 300tdi for something with a bit more guts.
I've seen a '99 T V8i ES (Series II) for £6500 and 114,000 on the clock and
LPG conversion.
How many miles can the V8 do without worrying about engine wear?  I know

My rear windowwiper motor decided to pack it in recently.
After exploratory surgery it turned out the only plastic gear inside has
been stripped of it's teeth.
The rest of the thing works fine, including park switch and motor.

I just blew out the right front caliper on my 90 RR. I've got the new
one on, and have been working on bleeding the system, but I still
can't get pedal at all. The system pressurized yesterday, but now it
won't. any ideas? Is there anything that needs to be done to a caliper

My Discovery TDI300 started overheating yesterday when doing sensible
motorway speed - hardly a hot day!!!
I had the heaters on full blast to try and warm the inside up but it
was just blowing out cold air, and temp gauge got very high. I was

If buying a used front wiper motor for a 1995 300TDI Disco do I have to
worry if it will fit, or are they all the same please?
