| Discovery 11 td5 key remote cloning | 25 Mar 2007 14:24 GMT | 5 |
I have a 2nd remote for my td5 disco, which I bought for a couple of quid on ebay. LR say they need a barcode to set it to my vehicle, but I have heard that they can be cloned if you have the original remote. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so where?

Mate has just bought a 24volt ex mil petrol series with a shagged engine and wants to swap a diesel into it. The diesel is 12v. We were thinking that it may be easier to just convert the diesel engine to 24v rather than swapping the whole lot

| Top day out laning | 24 Mar 2007 19:23 GMT | 21 |
Been up in the Dales today, did the Horton in Ribblesdale to Hawes lane. Took a while & it was a bit carved up to be honest, reckon they will close it given the state of some of it. There are some very tricky bits, Larry, new D2 coped very well indeed, as did Andies D1. We

| Disco headlights fitting options (LHD) - beamends? | 24 Mar 2007 18:46 GMT | 9 |
Does anyone know which headlights I can fit to the 300 Disco - do Td5 ones fit? I need to get a pair of LHD ones to get it through the CT (MOT) to register it here. If I can fit Td5 ones then I'd like to as I assume they are better than the older ones (are they?!)
