Can anybody offer anything slightly more useful and informative?!
For starters it is in a really deep hole, and secondly i cant see any
hex bits round the edge of it!

I'm replacing the headgaskets on the 101 and while it is apart am also
putting a new cam and followers in (hoping to give it a bit more go
and current one has some wear on it)
What else should i replace while it is apart?
