P38 1998 Range rover 4.0SE auto
Problem - Will only blow air on to the front screen regardless of what
button I press.
the heater control panel appears to be working ok, i.e. all buttons light

Mine is booked in on the 21st, and the previous MOT runs out on the
26th, and now the crud is falling away, I've noticed quite a large hole
just below the lip where the outer meets the inner wing.
I will get it sorted, but not being a welder myself, using the rangie as

I spent a very interesting afternoon learning how to put a new dizzy,
condenser and points into my Series One with the help of an automotive
genius friend of mine due to the failure of my luminition system.
Refitting the bits ,and doing the timing took us about 30 minutes, but

Over the last few days I developed _exactly_ the same symptoms as you
described with my TD4.
It was diagnosed at the main dealer as the under bonnet fuel pump (located

Should it have a little bypass hole in it?. Mine doesnt (so it is
fully sealed until it reached 82C)
It is shown in the manual with a 'jiggle pin' or something similariliy
named in a small hole.

I have a 1989 Range Rover 3.9L I put a new rebuilt alternator in and now the
teach is not working??? could it be a fuse or a relay that might be out if

OK you lot a need a hand.  I want to replace a number of bulbs missing
on my dashboard. These are the ones behind the heater control unit,
the clock and the ones that illuminate the Speedo and Tachometer
needles by shining down on them.

OK, got carbs from the bloke on eBay.  one appears almost brand-new
(although it has been used and has been apart, judging by the evidence.
put it on Edward... makes almost no difference.  Now got more or less
perfect idle, but still won't run right above idle, and at high throttle

I've got a Defender 90 with a 200TDI engine. The gearbox is a bit on
the random side! - it is very dificult to find third and then when
shifting to 5th it doent want to engage. I also have an early Defender
with a n/a diesel and I occasionally have similar trouble shifting to

Anyone else having trouble with news.individual.net?  I haven't been able to
get onto their news server all day, and their website is giving me server
not found.  I know a few on here use this.  First problem I have ever had
with them that wasn't my fault.

Hi all, thanks again for all the previous help.
Had the passenger rear window (right side for US) drop today.  Disassembled
the door and found that the washer (that goes in the window track and
attaches to the regulator arm) split in two.  Consequently, the regulator
