Kerching :-(04 Jun 2007 22:40 GMT2
Well after another flat on the Trac Edges I've just ordered some Cooper
STT's.
Ouch!
Ah well, got to be safe and all that.
Cheap as chips03 Jun 2007 21:22 GMT4
Has anyone else noticed how the value of series land rovers has plummeted in
the past year or so. 18 months ago i sold my series 3 for 2 grand, just
bought another last weekend for £400 just as good if not better than the one
I sold.

Mission for Maddie - Wheel cover for 235/85 R16 or 750 Loan.03 Jun 2007 16:56 GMT25
Before I go on I'd say that I'm hoping and praying that I can cancel this
concept and Maddie turns up safe and well PDQ
I'd also ask that people reserve comment on the politics of missing people
and views of parents who themselves are now facing the error of there ways.

protecting the chassis....question03 Jun 2007 14:23 GMT13
Hi folks, Ok just in case anyone is interested (which I doubt) I am keeping
Edie and not selling. It was the easiest decision ever to make. I could not
sell her. Anyway now that we are remaining together I am spending the
summer, (yes those three days in November LOL) giving her ...
ABS activating when it shouldn't...03 Jun 2007 08:48 GMT5
Over the last couple of weeks the abs has been activating when i've been
nearing a halt, but when i'm on tarmac.
Pedal goes rock hard, you hear the "Sproing" and then it clears.
Anyone had anything like this, and what caused/solved it?
Bloomin' 'eck!03 Jun 2007 07:59 GMT6
That was quick!
I ordered some bits from Mr Beamends late PM on Friday and they have
just turned up now, not more that 3 minutes ago.

Vynil Wrap and Missing Madeleine02 Jun 2007 17:52 GMT11
We are off around Northern Spain /  South of France for three weeks in the

Front wipers not working02 Jun 2007 13:35 GMT2
My 1997 Range Rover P38 diesel (UK) has an intermittent fault with the front
windscreen wiper.  The rear wipe works ok, as does the front wash, but the
front wiper will not wipe for 10-15 seconds, sometimes longer.
The fuse is ok. When I checked the relays I noticed that waggling ...
Electrical question02 Jun 2007 11:34 GMT7
On a V8 110 I am going to put a switch in the feed to the fuel pump so
that I can switch it off when running on LPG. I'm a great believer in
keeping things simple. I'm not bothered about having it switch off and
on "automatically" when I change fuels.

A 1991 RR Classic originally a 3.9 EFI Auto. Has had the engine &
gearbox replaced with a 1998 300Tdi/R380. The exhaust currently fitted
consists of a 300Tdi downpipe to about 12" past the flexy pipe. Then
What might kill a rangie dead?01 Jun 2007 22:07 GMT31
After being really happy that I had it running on LPG properly, the big
old lump proper died two weeks ago, twice in one day and now refuses to
start.
I originally thought it was damp causing ignition faults.
