"Slooshing" sound26 Sep 2007 18:04 GMT5
Hi all, a couple of weeks ago I noticed a slight slooshing noise (you
know, water swilling about) coming from somewhere in front of the
driver. Since first noticing it the frequency and volume of the noise
has increased as if there's more water there now than before. I get the

I am now the proud owner of an old Disco (92 2.5 Diesel manual 5door
200tdi)
I have bought the standard tool kit for same (Mig welder) and stuck
loads of metal on it until the MOT man was satisfied it wouldn't fall

Just got back from Sunday dinner after taking a route via a byway to the
pub.

There's an unemployed Unimog at one of the local garages.  I'm wondering
whether to see if he'll swap it for the 110...
however, I know little of small mogs.  I imagine this one is a 404, it's the
old-type one with the rounded cab.  What sort of weight are they?

I had the Rangie up on ebay this week (off on Sunday ) and I've just gone to
check how it was progressing and.........its not there instead I've got an
email which advises me that "in breach of eBay's Circumvention of eBay Fees
policy " simple mistake I put in" top tail gate ...

I've just spent about an hour changing the offside stop bulb on my 1996
discovery!
I tried to do the job last night in the dark, but gave up 'cause I couldn't
see what I was doing. Tried again earlier this evening and this time removed
