It's leaking, but I can't find where, looks more like the sump pan to
me, gonna have to clean it all up once i have fit my snorkel.

Apparently the MOT man does not like the fact that my passenger side
seatbelt wont release if you pull on the catch ie 'like you were hanging
upside down' as i was told.  Is this part of the test, never heard of it
before.

Just going to get some new front brake pads for my 95 V8 Disco. Choice of
Ferodo, Lockheed or LandRovers own.
Any one of them better than the others?
I had Mintex before and didnt seem to stop very well! lol

3.9v8 on the inlet manifold and stromberg carbs from the 101 3.5.

Hi, first time here and looking for some advice on a Disco we own that is
currently SORN but has an interesting history.
According to Land Rover it came off the production line on 25/4/90 and was
approximately the 20th V8 to be built. It was first registered by Land

started on a timing belt change and discovered a few bits that we appeared
not to have in hand
1. is a water pump gasket required as part of the process - or does the old
gasket usually survive

a member of another forum is looking at a r reg 300 tdi disco 10 months mot
6 month s tax been serviced and had the timing belts done ! millage 78k
needs new tyres but has new alternator and fsh but has some rust .....seller
is asking £3750

In a rather large way, it is coming from behind the alternator out of
sight.
It's dripping down the sump & onto the exhaust & blathering all the
underside.

compatibility somewhere on the internet, but I bloody well can't find it!
As far as I know (and have guessed). the LT77 and LT85 (basicly the same but
stronger?) have the same bolt paten as the series (4 ...
