Afternoon all, I'm trying to take apart the pile of pulleys and damper which hangs off the crank of the 3.9i V8. The assembly seems to be held together by 6 bolts running through - either 1/2AF or M8 (13mm head). The

and the back windscreen intermittent, fuse ok and sometimes it does all work! when locking the doors the horn beeps to signify something is open- is the back window not closed properly is this the cause? im stumped any one???

On a 2001 Freelander TD4 diesel, I'm hearing very loud banging noises when the engine is idling a few seconds after ignition. It sounds like the normal engine "cluk" sound but five times as loud. I've heard similar noises before when doing a tight corner, but only

..or after a long drive do others loose the perception of what is verticle / flat compared to slight and in extreme cases effing big hills? I noticed this a couple of years back in the RR with a VM engine after a long drive with the caravan on. My perception was we wee driving on ...

Christmas is coming and I am thinking of what to buy the car drivers. I have just been watching a TV selling channel advocating the use of a sealant you put into the tyre. In the event of a puncture it is instantly sealed and you don't have to change a tyre.. Fantastic.
