How easy is it to add roof rails to a Discovery 300 series.  (ie the
fixed longitudinal rails, not crosswise bars)
I've seen them on t'bay, but wondered how easy it was to fit them.
Obviously one needs to drop the headlining, but it it then obvious

Does anyone know anything about using alternative fuel in diesel engines.
Can i just mix 50/50 pump diesel and Aldi Sunflower oil?
Does anyone know to to produce there own biodiesel?

The Series IIa lightweight has sliding door-windows but mine doesn't have
any catch to secure them shut; instead it replies on friction.
There seems to be a blanking plate in the door skin immediately below the
window aperture.  Was there originally a catch of some description to ...

with the Air con off today :-) I thought that was rather good given the
increase in performance and crusing at around 65mph as well as town and
estate running. My wheezer of a VM Rangie propably managed 34mpg at best but
was no where near as quick as this one.

110 TD5 just got hit by an electronic pulse, conked out.
Wouldnt of happened with a J19 engine.
Oh, another just went down. but its ok.. the aluminum skin of this pituclar
110 is armor-plated

Ok, as my Classic has destroyed it's auto'box, I need to fit another one. Oh
joy.
Any helpful tips? I'm going to be doing it myself, and I'm going to get the
special cradle for holding the box / transfer box before attempting it. I

People Hi,
a good friend has bought a 2007 MY Range Rover Sport with the satnav kit.
The car came from Germany and the satnav CD (or DVD) does not include
Greece.
