utterly shite. Just got up after a 8 hour flight & a few hours in bed.
But, if you're interested I'll post the story, it did raise a smile or two
along the way.

Water pump ;)10 Jan 2008 16:33 GMT5
Got away with it this time, f.ck me the mechanic showed me it & called me a

have caused a bit of strain on the water pump bearings.

Refurbing leather seats09 Jan 2008 23:12 GMT8
The P38 seats are a bit dry & cracked. I plan to feed them & recolour where
it needs it.
I'll give them a good clean (when i can walk, that is) would you apply
restorer/food before colouring, or the other way round.

Hub Sensors: How do I test them?09 Jan 2008 22:18 GMT8
Well, my flu might just have improved later today or tomorrow in
order for me to try to find out why my TC, ABS and Hill-descent
lights are on permanently.
The general consensus here was that it's most likely to be a

I am about to change the clutch on the Discovery and will be taking
engine out to do it.  Do I have to degas the aircon?  As far as I can
see, I can unbolt the compressor and tie it to one side while the
engine comes out.  Is there something I have missed here that would
