The rear door in my 98. 300TDi has ceased to open because the spring
that holds the internal button up has broken. If I wedge it in the up
position it works without a problem but unfortunatley the central
locking dislodges the wedge and I'm back to the unopening door then.

As the last thread seemed to meander off, I thought I would start afresh.
As mentioned earlier in that thread, it is very common to hang an additional
240 volt alternator onto marine engines. They are fitted and driven the
same as the charging alternator.

I have got a good pair of Greenway Atacama 750s on the front of my 2A RTV
trialer and i was thinking of getting a pair of Insa Turbos (Simex copies)
for the rear, But i think they only do them in 235-85s.
I know they are a similar-ish size, Any Thoughts ?

Anybody who said rabbits go sit in a corner. Just phoned my pals up near
Whaley Bridge and yes its snowing quite heavily and I have got tomorrow off
