Kickdown cable replacement13 Mar 2008 10:45 GMT10
After somewhat frying my auto box I ended up buying a secondhand 'box

known to be good, but his removal technique, whilst effective, ...

Aldi air tools stuff again10 Mar 2008 16:22 GMT2
If anyone has been thinking about the aldi air tools stuff, then;

Imperial tools.07 Mar 2008 12:05 GMT19
Hmm, any suggestions on good places to get reasonably priced imperial
spanners? I'm just beginning the long-put-off mission of replacing the
box in my Rangie and the workshop I'm using, whilst being very well
equipped, is devoid of non-metric spannerage.

Discovery TD5 rear brakes06 Mar 2008 19:10 GMT4
I've got a problem with the rear brakes on my 2000 Discovery TD5 that's
reared it's head again and I'm hoping that one or two of the learned here
might be able to shed some light on the best way forward.  I only do about
3k miles per year in it now and it's only done 42k in total ...
