Last year I had my water pump replaced...and with it what the garage charged as a serpentine belt...(ERR5579 DISCO 1 SERP BELT 12F). Today, the service station that is giving me my Virginia state safety check says that I need my "fan belt" replaced.

Morning all Rear door latch (lock seems OK) is stuck closed. Any suggestions as to how to get open without removing rear door panel etc. Otherwise it's squeeze in through the side door !.

Help My def 300 tdi has decided not to start. It turns over ok, The immobiliser light goes out ok when key is in the ignition, so I assume it is a fuel feed problem, there is fuel in the filter

While replacing the rear floor I broke the fuel pipe (corroded) into the water trap. It is a piece of 8mm steel pipe pushed into a plasic pipe. I have a new piece of 8mm copper with a new olive but can't get it into the plastic feed from the tank.
