| Disabling rear fog lights for MOT | 01 Jul 2008 00:20 GMT | 3 |
The rear fogs on the 101 dont work - and the fault is in the loom that runs to them through the chassis. I assume that rear fogs on a 101 are not required by law - but just have to work if they are there?

| Disco 2 Rear Air Springs. | 30 Jun 2008 13:54 GMT | 1 |
Guys, What's the method of lowering the rear on a Disco 2? There is a button on the dash to raise the rear for offroading but nothing about lowering the back for access - the dogs need it :-)

| Manby Show | 30 Jun 2008 10:24 GMT | 4 |
Bit of a let-down and I hope not how other Landrover shows are run. At first looked large enough and well laid out, indeed the caravanning/camping park was excellent with loads of space and well-markled and marshalled pitches upon arrival and all looked well.

| vibration - harmonic balancer? | 30 Jun 2008 01:53 GMT | 4 |
My Disco2 - TD5 has developed an engine vibration, peaking at about 2300 revs. Iv'e just had the clutch/flywheel/pressure plate changed and I thought this may have something to do with it. It does while driving, in neutral, with the transfer box in neutral and

| ZF 4-speed, T-boxes | 29 Jun 2008 23:47 GMT | 13 |
Anyone know if the (assumed, not checked) LT230 from a G-reg 5-speed 110 is a bolt-on swap for the borg-warner on an ex-rangie ZF 4HP22? it's not mission-critical, and it might be that the T-box is in no better shape than the main box.

I am researching into changing my 300tdi for a Series 2 Discovery and would appreciate comments from the group on leather seats. Do they get hot and sticky in summer and freezing in winter. Thanks

| Damn Bloody Seatbelt Laws | 27 Jun 2008 21:49 GMT | 24 |
Finding a decent 110 with a/c is proving to be like finding hens teeth, there are stacks of well specced and affordable TD5 90's around but thanks to the new laws I can't buy one with side facing seats as my kids apparently can't travel in them unless they are in booster seats ...
