Disco as sig.  getting some whiney, whistley noises from it when
accelerating, and on over-run, particularly under load.  Lifted bonnet
and had a looksee/listen and it appears to be the waterpump ... ish
area.

Did you sell it Austin, a young lad I work with is interested in a 110

New (300 Tdi) arrives tomorrow and the adventure starts again !!

Just back from a cracking weekend.  Great course, good weather (mostly)
and LOTS of fun in our 101.  Helped to pull out a Nissan
something-or-other that got totally stuck in a wet muddy gully.  Drove
all over and enjoyed watching other peeps' faces as we wriggled along

OK, now we've got our nice shiny new kinetic rope all muddy what is the

My 2002 Td5 Discovery has been loosing small amounts of water from the
cooling system (about 1 pt every 3 months) for the last 6-8 months. There's
no sign of any leaks - I understand this could be a cylinder head gasket
problem?
