Both front seat heaters on my '97 LS400 failed simualtaiously. I'm advised by my Lexus dealer it is a loom failure. The rear heaters are working fine. Does anyone have experience of this fault?

In light of all the software issues, I hereby propose the following to Lexus:
Install a RESET button in the newer vehicles.
A great location for the RESET button would be the Lexus logo in the
middle of the steering wheel.

Recently after long drives the dash on our LS400 goes black.
After being parked for a period of time (over 1 hr or so) the dash works
normally.
