I have a 2000 RX300 and am going to need tires in about 5000 miles.  Any
suggestions for the best performance for highway miles.  Currently have
Bridgestones on it and am happy with them but will consider any other
brands..

Hi all. I am closing in on my new-used car purchase and am really just
trying to decide if I should get what I want (IS300) or something with a
little more room that would probably make my wife happy (RX300).

My dad just bought a J plate LS400 and it has one or two niggles on it.  In
particular the LCD that shows the climate temp doesn't work.  Can anyone
help with a few pointers in the right direction, please.

I'm considering purchasing a 2001-2003 LS430 (can't afford the 2004, even
though I like its appearance better).   Anyway, I have a question about the
Navigation system.

Under warranty I lost some segments and now again.  Anyone having this
problem?

my ls 430 developed a problem - when the sunroof is open (completely open)
it makes  a metal vibrating sound - plus the actual roof shakes.
my local dealer (the one i picked up the car from ) claims that opening the
sunroof creates too much cabin pressure while driving (55-60 mph)

I called the service department at the dealer that worked on my
throttle lag issue.  It was simpler than I remembered.  They reset the
memory in the transmission by pulling the fuse for a period of time.
They used a tool to analyze the computer but didn't find anything that

I received a notice from Lexus saying that they will remove the buttons for
my Lexus Link ("services" and "emergency") and install a sunglass holder in
its place.  My impression is that Lexes Link will no longer be offered due

I was looking online at used SC's for sale, and noticed quite a number of
late 90's models but only 1 2000. Were the last model year SC300/400's rare?
Is there any accurate year by year estimates for US production of this car?

When I have been driving my 92 400 for about ten minutes, the overdrive -off
light starts flashing and continues to flash until the car is shut off.
There doesn'y seem to be any code to the light just continuous flashing.
Also, the shift performance doesn't seem right once the light ...
