Does anyone have any info on the changes due for the 2005 LS430? I know any changes would be minor or performance related, but any information would be great. I'm trying to decide whether to buy now or wait for the '05's.

| 1995 Lexus ES300 repair manual | 31 Jul 2004 10:50 GMT | 7 |
Hi. I need a repair manual for a 1995 Lexus. Can I use the Haynes manual for a 1995 V6 Avalon? I don't need the factory manual for what I want to do. Oil changes, change the valve cover gasket for the V6 etc. That's it.

| Considering a 93 LS 400 - What happens when things go wrong? | 30 Jul 2004 19:11 GMT | 6 |
OK, I know it's a really negative way of looking at things - and you'll all probably say "it won't go wrong", but I'd like to know some of the costs when it does. How much for a new box when the exhaust starts to blow?

In yesterday's WSJ, an article says that the NHTSA is discontinuing for now its investigation into the lag problem. More specifically, it was investigating "sudden acceleration" associated with the ES300's transmissions in '02 and '03 vehicles. It is now taking a wait and see

| Normal gas mileage for RX300 | 27 Jul 2004 01:15 GMT | 6 |
I was wondering what the "normal" gas milage should b for an RX300 (AWD). I have a 2000 with 45000 miles that gets no more than 16.5 MPG with a healthy mix of city and x-way. Doesn't seem to matter much if I change octane. I was hoping to get closer to 20 MPG with this car
