OK,
I took my meter and here is what I have.
With the car running and at  about 3,000 RPM I am getting a reading of 13.56
volts across the battery. No power stuff on.

i have an 93 ls400 and i could start the thing when the temp rose above 70
degrees, i know it sounds dumb but its true i attempted to take the air
intake chamber off and clean it and the throttle body to my surprise it
wasnt that dirty and certainly not clogged, but put it bak ...

i bought a 96 ls400 and want to install mud guards. anyone have an
estimate on how much it would be?

the speedo needle is not lit on my 92 ES 300. It flashed very briefly when
the engine is started and remains off. Anyu suggestions?  Unclejh
