Does any one have feedback on the wheel difference. I have been told the 18 are a stiffer ride than the 17's. Any comments.

I'm seriously considering purchasing a used RX300. I have read many of the great postings on this site and am wary of the oil sluding concern. From my prospective, this becomes much less of a concern provided that the car has had freguent oil changes up to this point

Upon starting my es250 1990 when cold there is a loud screeching noise that remains for a few minutes until things warm up. It is hard to pinpoint where the sound is coming from as you can hear it all over the engine compartment.

I just took delivery of an rx400h. So far so good. One MAJOR nusance is that I cannot change any of the navigation information about my intended destination while the car is motion. I know that this is by design so that people keep there eyes on the road

I recently had my 2004 Lexus LS430 (19,000 miles, 18 months old) to the dealer for warranty work. While the car was there, I asked them to check the brake pad wear. They told me that I have 5/32nds left on all 4 and that was about half way. After I left, I started thinking about ...

My GS Originally came with 215/60/16s and I bought 17X8 Lexus wheels for summer... In order to maintain the same diameter, the closest tire is 215- 55-17... Does anyone know if that width tire would look normal or be too thin? Thoughts?
