| 1992 Lexus SC400 help | 20 Jul 2005 19:46 GMT | 3 |
My mechanic has tried almost 4 used mass airflow meters, and the check engine light still comes on after a few minutes of driving. Is the part the problem, or is there something else he’s not checking. I find it hard to believe that all of these parts are defective.

| RX330 Recommended fuel? | 18 Jul 2005 20:28 GMT | 11 |
I'm going to take delivery of an RX330 soon. I've noticed in the spec sheets that Lexus recommends 91 octane. Any owners out there run with lower octane? I've always been told that 91 octane was flushing money away... thanks for the feedback!

| Check the Tires | 17 Jul 2005 18:17 GMT | 15 |
I just bought a new Lexus ES 330. It came with an option of 17" all season tires. I figured if it costs a little more it must be better. I didn't notice the little placard on one of the rear windows that said the car came with "high performance" tires and that they could be ...

| RX330 Cargo Net | 17 Jul 2005 11:09 GMT | 2 |
I have my old cargo net from my 03 Rx, now my 05 RX330 has no net or anchors to attach my old net to it. I even took off the old anchors from the 300. Dealer said old anchors wont work. Does the RX330 have a net option.

| Fuel Pump Resistor,1990 LS 400 | 15 Jul 2005 07:08 GMT | 2 |
There is a large resistor near the fuel pump relay. According to the schematics, it is powered when the fuel pump relay is de-energized. The current that would go to the fuel pump, then goes through this resistor to the computer (ECU).

| Air Conditioning Question | 13 Jul 2005 14:01 GMT | 2 |
I have an Is300, 2003 model. I don't normally use the auto A/C setting, but today when I went to use it I noticed something. Perhaps a kind Lexus owner can tell me if this is normal.... When I turn it from off to "auto", there's about a 5 second pause

| Extended warranty opinions | 11 Jul 2005 18:39 GMT | 2 |
Lexus offers extended warranties going up to 7 years/100k miles. Does anyone have any experience with buying this extension through their Lexus dealer, and if the warranty is worth the cost? When I first bought my 02 ES300, I was offered this extension for around $1000, and ...

| Tune Up on 99 Lexus RX300 | 06 Jul 2005 19:02 GMT | 3 |
Just wondering who out there may have a clue as to doing a "do it yourself" tune-up on the 99 Lexus RX 300. I called the dealership and the price is outrageous ($400.00). I also asked their parts department about the type of spark plugs and basically you can only buy the ...

| OEM floor mats | 06 Jul 2005 08:09 GMT | 4 |
Does anyone know of a site online where one can obtain OEM floor mats (in this case for an RX300)? The driver's mat in my car is pretty badly beat up, and I don't want to have to order the whole set just to get the one I need (the dealer will only order the complete set).

| 2000 RX300 + AC related water leak | 04 Jul 2005 18:31 GMT | 1 |
Was driving the other day in 100 plus temp. and after about 400 miles or so of driving noticed that the entire carpeting was soaking in water. Both on the front and the rear sides. I suspect the ac drain plug is clogged and the water is backing up. Just a week before this I
