Has anyone replaced the stock radio of the LS 400. I have a dash mounted GPS unit, and the NYS troopers keep pulling me over because they think that it is a radar detector. I am therefore, looking to replace it with an indash motorized unit.

There are some relatively big chips in the paint of my '98 ES300, and I'm trying to find out what the exact color is. How do I go about doing that? Also, how can I properly fill up those chips so that when I paint them, everything's even?

Part of having a " luxury" car is being able to maintain it. If you can't afford the car you should be driving something more standard. Most people don't realize that luxury cars are expensive to maintain, provide good insurance, and pay taxes. Thats why they are called "luxury". ...

Hi. my wife has a 99 Lexus ES 300. The car's idle is around 1200 rpm's which is way above the normal 750 rpm. Does anyone know what would cause this problem. I do have knowledge of automotive technology. Thanks for your help.

I am interested in getting a set of wheels for my "new" 96 LS400 so that I can permanently mount snow tires on the wheels. None of our local salvage yards say they have any LS wheels in inventory. Is there another Toyota manufactured vehicle that would use the same 5 bolt
