I would like to get some different wheels for my LS-400 1997 model, I now
have the chrome factory wheels and would like to have some 5 spoke type

will fit....(Ford, Chevy, Lexus, Nissan..etc) I know that ...

After replacing the antenna mast on my '93 ES300 (the original was broken) I
drove around for about 3 months with a perfectly functioning antenna.
However, over the past couple of weeks, it's started acting up again.  I
pulled the replacement antenna and purchased a second ...

lexus has a problem11 Mar 2006 18:11 GMT21
We bought a 2004 Lexus ES330 new . We looked at Avalon and Camry before
we bought. The ES330 is basically the same running gear and engine as
the Avalon and the Camry. FWD 3.3 liter 6cyl. It was updated in '04 to
3.3 liters from the previous 3.0 liters (the ES330) The car is a great

Did I misunderstand or am I just getting the run around?
Back in November I had the choise of spending an extra $3000 on an CPO ES330

Whenever I start the engine, some motor sound comes from the engine compartment11 Mar 2006 01:34 GMT1
Well, I've owned a 06 ES for 10 days. So, forgive my lack of knowledge:-)
Whenever I start the engine, some motor sound comes from the engine
compartment. It sounds exactly the same as the sound that I hear when I
change driver seat adjustment memory (1 = wifey, 2 = me). Is it ...

ES 330 Braking Power10 Mar 2006 04:42 GMT5
Maybe I'm spoiled by incredible braking power of my 2003 Odyssey. But I'm
not too impressed with braking power of my new 2006 ES 330. Can ES owners
comment?
Why need to Provide SSI When Shopping for a Car?08 Mar 2006 05:47 GMT5
In the process of shopping for a new car, all dealers insist that I
provide my Social Security Number. They "allege" it is a requirement
of the Patriot Act. I believe it is a ploy to do some advance credit
screening. Can anyone provide insight on this?
Stock tires07 Mar 2006 13:17 GMT3
What tires did the 2002 GS300 come stock with?
IS 350 = new tires every 10,000 miles?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?07 Mar 2006 04:16 GMT11
Right on the Lexus web site it says,
"Tires fitted with 17- or 18-in wheels are expected to experience
greater tire wear than conventional tires. Tire life may be
substantially less than 20,000 miles (17-in) or 15,000 miles (18-in),

However, the car has not been driven for over 3-4 months. When a
battery booster from another car is used, there is no problem to start.
Once it starts, it can start a few more times after. Can trickle
