| small block chev. into LS400? | 18 Apr 2006 00:10 GMT | 5 |
I know this is blasphemy, but I was wondering can this be done without massive fabrication of parts? Is there a aftermarket kit for such a swap? Both being V-8's it seemed reasonable to me. I just have no idea of actual dimensions of parts, motor mounts, tranny lengths, etc.

| Lexus "Loyalty" program | 16 Apr 2006 17:23 GMT | 20 |
I saw on the Lexus website a mention about a Loyalty program for repeat buyers of Lexus products. My wife owns one that was financed through Lexus Financial and is looking to buy a new one. Has anybody used this? Is it for real? What benefit, if any, did you see with this

| Power sunroof issue 2002 ES300 | 16 Apr 2006 05:16 GMT | 3 |
My ES300 just got a new quirk this morning. I noticed the sunroof no longer automatically retracts or closes. Before if I touched the button it'd fully open or closed, if I held it it'd open and close until I let go.

| ES 330 Intermittent Wipers - Broken or Bad Design? | 14 Apr 2006 03:11 GMT | 7 |
I have a 2004 ES 330. The intermittent wipers either aren't working properly or are very poorly designed. I would rather have the standard intermittent wipers that my 1997 ES had. Another Lexus "intelligent design" gone awry?

| Maintenance cost on ES or IS series | 08 Apr 2006 13:37 GMT | 5 |
I am looking to trade in my Volvo S-60 for a pre-owned Lexus ES300 or IS 300 series auto. The cost for a brake job on the Volvo for all 4 brakes runs $900+ due to the fact that Volvo requires that the rotors are changed every time the pads are. The materials they use are made from ...

| LS430 Brake Job With Rotors | 04 Apr 2006 11:46 GMT | 3 |
OK, I fess up. I guess I should not have taken my 2004 LS430 to a franchised muffler dealer (a friend owns it) for brake pads. Plus I drive too aggressively. But whatever the reasons, within 10,000 more miles (I am approaching 30,000 now) I'll need 4 rotors, pads and I might as ...
