I just bought a used 2001 LS430 and would like to upgrade the navagation
dvd.
I have been told by Lexus parts and Sevice Advisor that a updated "USED" dvd
will not work.  It has to be new.  I see a lot of used one on sale on eBay.

I tried to check it the tps would adjust the idle from the low 400 idle
its at right now.  Well it only brings it up around 10 rpms if I turn it
all the way up (to around 410) and brings it to 400 all the way turned
down.  Shouldnt the tps be able to adjust the idle from around 400 ...

I put a screw in the vacuum hoses coming out of the EGR valve and out of
the EGR vacuum modulator and drove it around for awhile and it runs
beautiful!   The 2 hoses I capped off go to the VSV so no I have the VSV
sitting there plugged in with its electrical connector but 2 vacuum
