Is RX400h AWD system is capable as one in RX350: for winter driving? RX400h
doesn't seem to have limited-slip differential. Also, what is *real* gas
mileage (for RX400h)?

a while back, I remember reading that RATHER than a flush, LS400 owners
should politely ask for ONLY a drain and refill ... due to the possibility
of causing more damage than it is worth.  Urban myth or any truth?  Thanks

First some facts:
I have a 2002 IS 300.
I know very little about cars
I have a basic tool set, but nothing really for cars.

I have a LS400 with 230K miles.  When I tried to put in drive this morning I
could not move it from park.  its stuck in Park.   Do you have any ideas for
a fix for this you could pass on?
